1 Milled Aluminum Chassis_ The chassis on the B6.1D has been refined to be slightly shorter and to accommodate the newest mid-motor transmissions for improved corner speed and overall handling. Strategic milling and drilling balance stiffness, weight, and mounting positions for electronics and suspension components. 2 3-Gear Layback Transmission_ A 3-gear Stealth Layback transmission is used and pushes the definition of mid-motor; it moves the weight bias further back than its carpet/ Astroturf counterpart. The split case is a unique design feature to allow easier access to internals, including the adjustable differential height inserts. 3 Carbon Protection_ The carbon-fiber front shock tower often takes the brunt of impacts, but the B6.1 includes a plastic piece both to help ward off big hits and help alleviate the need to seal the edges.
