Is the lawsuit against ROAR over with? Is Trinity finally admitting that their last 17.5 had wire that was larger than ROAR allowed? Who knows what’s going on at the Trinity offices, but they’ve released a new 17.5 spec brushless in the form of ReVtech Kill Shot. This new motor will be offered in two versions; high RPM or high torque. New features include infinite timing adjustment, new sensor board, open bearing on sensor end for easy oiling, low resistance solder tabs, maximized cooling vents, and all designed in the USA by motor master Jim Dieter. This new power plant has been submitted to ROAR for approval (I’m sure they’ll rush to get this one through) so it’s anyone’s guess as to when it will be legal to run at sanctioned events.
