When we started this project we had a talented staff. One of the things we weren’t was web programmers. The web has evolved and programs and templates are everywhere which makes it easy to get a good looking website up, and for a ridiculously low price. Even though getting a website up and running is simple, getting it tweaked and how you want it isn’t that easy. What you see here is the result of the three of us sitting on the phone together (most of the time long distance to Canada) going…. “I hope this works,” or “let’s try another plugin.”
Our learning curve was swift, because our time to get things live was shorter than really we should have planned for. So our website is up, running, and we’re looking for feedback. Lots of people have given some comments of their likes/dislikes of certain things and we want everybody to know we are listening (sometimes not agreeing) and always trying to make everything we do “better.”
For a couple of guys who didn’t study Tron, or the WOPR, or have the ugliest website ever… we feel pretty good.
